Health is Wealth


Health is wealth is a well- known proverb. A strong and healthy body is a great blessing of God. Environment free of pollution, balance food, regular way of life and personal cleanliness are basic condition for staying healthy and strong. Swimming, Jogging, Bicycling, walking, Skating, Hiking, and other Physical activities are some ways are stay healthy and fit.



We fall ill by eating junk food. They are very injurious to health. We should refrain from it. To stay healthy we should always eat home-made cookies because they are the safest. Praying to God Almighty is conducive to our spiritual health. Saying prayers relieve us of mental worries and ease the tension. Smoking and taking drugs are very harmful to a doctor for a thorough medical check-up. Too much hard work also tells upon health. We should avoid it; otherwise we will ruin our health.
Picnics, outings and change of climate are very useful to health.
